GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Hereby Exhibitor (hereinafter referred to as Participant) confirms the participation at International exhibition «TURKMENTEL-2008» and his consent with the general conditions of participation which are the integral part of the application-contract.
2. The application-contract is sent to the Organizer by fax, or e-mail, in the further with its obligatory representation in the original. The participant pays the cost of the participation within 5 (five) bank days from the date of submission of the Application-contract. The participant of the exhibition signed the application-contract, is obliged to observe conditions and the rules stated at the present document. Any alterations should be made in writing.
3. The participant has no right to place his exhibits in « Sergi Koshgi”» (Ashgabat Exhibition Palace) before full payment of all charges stipulated by the present document.
4. The Participant undertakes to observe all internal regulations in respect of the exhibition, as well as fire-prevention and sanitary rules. Do not affix the elements of the equipment and exhibits to the floor, tables and over lappings of the building without the written sanction of the Organizer. The participant is obliged to lay a sheeting of the equipped exhibition space in pavilion. In case of the infringement, the Participant pays to the Organizer all penal sanctions according to the Legislation of Turkmenistan.
5. The Organizer undertakes to render the services included in participation cost, to carry out the measures on attraction to the exhibition of visitors, experts and trading agents.
6. The Organizer does not responsible for losses, damage and the delays which have been the result of force-majeur circumstances (war, civil disorders, earthquake, strikes, etc.), complicating or breaking carrying out of an exhibition.
7. The scheme of exhibition space is formed as far as applications receipt. According to participant’s desire the stand may be completed by the additional equipment and is designed under the individual order. In this case the participation tariffs stipulate additionally.
8. The participant shows at the exhibition his production - services according to subjects. He undertakes to give in due time to the Organizer all necessary materials and the information, connected with preparation for an exhibition, to issue the exposition prior to the beginning of the exhibition and to not demount it before the termination of the exhibition.
9. In case of Participant’s refusal from participation at the exhibition for 30 days prior to the beginning of the exhibition the Organizer returns 50 % of the payments made by the Participant. In case of refusal of participation less than for 30 days prior to the beginning of the exhibition payments do not return. In this case the Organizer incurs the obligation to place at the special stand the exhibits and materials sent by the exhibitor. The registration fee not returns.
10. In case of not entering of payment to the account of CCI of Turkmenistan at set time the application will be considered void and null
11. The operating procedure of the Exhibition:
    1. Ceremony official of Opening: 24 September, at 10.00a.m.
    2. Exhibition working days: 24– 26 September, 2008 10.00-18.00
12. The deadline of the submission of information to the official catalogue – August, 13, 2008. The deadline of the application-contract submission – 01 September, 2008 (Information about Company is not included)
13. The application-contract comes into force from the date of its signing and is valid up to 31.10.2008. Under the termination of the contract validity the Parties exchange the original documents of jobs (services) acceptance reports
